I believe you are not broken.
You are already whole — even if parts of you feel hidden, heavy, or disconnected. My work is about guiding you back to your own body’s wisdom, where intimacy, love, and freedom naturally unfold.
My Story
For much of my life, I carried unspoken grief and disconnection. Outwardly, I looked accomplished and capable. Inwardly, I longed for safety, intimacy, and a deeper sense of home in my own skin.
It was not until I discovered body-based practices, trauma-informed healing, and sacred intimacy work that I began to reclaim what had always been within me. Each step — from trembling through my first TRE session to embracing somatic de-armouring and conscious touch — pulled me closer to the truth: healing is not about fixing what’s broken but remembering who we really are.
This path became my calling. Today, I walk alongside others who are ready to step out of survival mode, disconnection, and numbness, and into a vibrant, embodied life.
Why I Do This Work
Because intimacy is more than slot A into slot B, it is the way we breathe, the way we trust, the way we meet life in our bodies.
I believe:
- Healing begins in the nervous system.
- Intimacy thrives when we feel safe in our own skin.
- Science and soul are not opposites — they are allies.
Every session I hold is rooted in compassion, presence, and evidence-based practice. My deepest joy is witnessing someone exhale into their body and finally feel: I am home.
My Approach
My work weaves together three strands:
- The Mystic — guiding transformation through ritual, energy, and deep presence.
- The Lover — creating a field of safety, embodiment, and connection.
- The Sage — grounding it all in trauma-informed science, somatic research, and practical tools.
This balance of science and soul means you are held both spiritually and practically — with structure, safety, and space for mystery.

"
I really enjoyed getting to know you, and I was impressed with your insights and observations. I find you very intuitive, forthright and understanding. I very much appreciate this. I feel the session was helpful and a good introduction to helping me get rid of emotional blocks and heal my trauma. It feels like the beginning of something new. I actually feel different in myself. It’s hard to explain, but perhaps some stuff has already shifted. Thank you.

Invitation
If my story resonates with you, know this: you don’t have to do it alone. Healing and intimacy are not abstract ideas — they are living experiences you can embody.
Let’s walk this path together.
