The most expensive thing you can build is the wrong thing.
It costs a year, not a budget. So I help you decide what’s worth building — then I build it. Strategy and execution from the same person.
The tools change. The thinking behind them doesn’t.
Almost nobody gets stuck because they chose the wrong platform. They get stuck because no one helped them decide what to offer, who it’s really for, and why anyone would pay for it.
Software can’t answer those questions. Neither can a template or a tutorial. Judgment can — and mine came from watching the same decisions made well and made badly on every platform that has come and gone since the nineties.
I believe good work is both craft and strategy. It has to have a business purpose — or it shouldn’t exist yet.
Same thinking. Three levels of involvement.
Find the sentence that sounds like the one in your head right now.

“I know I have something worth teaching. I don’t know how to turn it into something people will buy.”
The Course
Teach me how to decide, so I can build it myself.
Not software training. It takes you through the business decisions in the order that actually matters — what you’re selling, who it’s for, what it’s worth, what to build first — so that by the time you open Kajabi, the hard part is already done.

“I know what I need. I want someone experienced to make sure it’s done right.”
Design, Web & Kajabi
Decide with me, then build it for me.
Websites, brand and print design, Kajabi builds and course systems — built by the person who helped you decide what they were for.
Every principle here came from a real project, and usually from a real mistake.
None of it began as a framework. It began as a pattern — the same decisions going wrong in the same order, project after project, until the order itself became the method. Offer first. Audience second. Structure third. Platform last. What you’re looking at is that order, applied.
Read the case studiesA few words from my clients.
“He listens attentively to understand your needs, create practical solutions, and his visual designs are stunning. He is my first choice for future projects.”
Jane Halford Halford Consulting “Andre developed all aspects of the website. Including the online course, marketing materials, emails and more.”
Parkash Bains Global Vegetarian “Andre took on The Search Standard project and knocked it out of the park. Choosing Andre for the site and course build was the best decision I could have made.”
David Lefcourt The Search Standard I’ll ask why before I ask what.
Even on a build you have already scoped, I’ll want to know what each piece is meant to accomplish. Not to slow you down — because something built for a reason you can name is the only kind that still works a year after I hand it over.

Can your homepage be your sales page?
Sometimes yes — but only when you can name the one decision the page exists to move.

Why you keep rebuilding your website
A third redesign rarely fixes a structure problem. It just repaints it.

Stop guessing: how to know if your course idea is worth building
The test isn’t whether people want it. It’s whether you can define what it changes.
Tell me what you’re trying to build. I’ll tell you what I’d decide first.
You’ll leave knowing what I’d decide first, whether or not you hire me. And if the course is the better answer than working with me, I’ll say so.
