Three ways I can work with you.

What changes between them is not the approach. It’s the kind of help you need. All three start in the same place — deciding what’s worth building, before anything gets built.

Some people want experienced guidance through those decisions. Some want to learn to make them alone. Some want the thinking done together and the building done for them. One of the three below will sound like where you are.

Does this sound like you?

“My business is moving, but I’m no longer sure what I should be doing next.”

Strategy & Consulting

Help me decide.

I take you through the decisions in order — the offer, the audience, the message, then the technology. You leave each session knowing what to do next and why, not with a list of software to learn.

Working a problem out piece by piece

When this is the right way in

Something is working, but the next move isn’t obvious. You have more ideas than time, and no reliable way to tell which one deserves the year. Or you know what you want to build and can’t shake the feeling that the thinking should be tested first.

It’s also the right way in when you’ve been quoted for a build and can’t tell whether what you’re being sold is what you actually need.

What we work on

What you’re offering and who it’s really for. How it’s positioned and priced. What the message needs to say before anyone will act on it. Whether a course, a membership or a service is the right shape for it. What your website has to accomplish, and what it doesn’t. Kajabi, when Kajabi is the answer.

And the question underneath all of it — what deserves your attention next, and what can wait another six months without costing you anything.

How the sessions actually go

We take the decisions in order, because they depend on each other. A site can be built beautifully and still be built against the wrong decision — and settling the offer after the build is an expensive way to discover it. You talk, I ask, and we reach a decision you can act on rather than a document you’ll file.

Some people need one session to get unstuck. Others come back through a whole build. Both are normal, and I’d rather tell you which one you need than sell you the longer version.

What makes it different

This isn’t business coaching. Twenty-five years in design, fifteen building for the web, more than ten inside Kajabi — the things these decisions turn into are the things I have spent that time making. So when we decide something, I know what it costs to execute and whether it holds up once it’s live.

You own the business and every decision in it. What I bring is judgment about the ones you’re facing now.

Does this sound like you?

“I know I have something worth teaching. I don’t know how to turn it into something people will buy.”

The Course

Teach me how to decide, so I can build it myself.

Not software training. It takes you through the business decisions in the order that actually matters — what you’re selling, who it’s for, what it’s worth, what to build first — so that by the time you open Kajabi, the hard part is already done.

Why I stopped teaching software

Software platforms change all the time. The decisions behind what you build don’t.

I spent years teaching software — design applications, then platforms. People left knowing the tool and still couldn’t answer the harder questions: what should I build, who is it actually for, is there evidence anyone wants it, and what comes first.

Those questions don’t change when the platform does. So I stopped teaching the tool and started teaching the decisions.

So this isn’t a course that hands you more things to do. It’s built around the decisions that come before the software, the pages, the funnels and the launch — including the one most people skip, which is finding evidence that an idea has support behind it rather than only enthusiasm.

You finish able to make those calls on your own, including the ones on the project after this one.

Teaching what you already know

Know what’s worth building before you spend months building it.

The course is being built now. Join the waiting list and I’ll let you know when enrollment opens.

Course updates only. No general marketing emails.

Does this sound like you?

“I know what I need. I want someone experienced to make sure it’s done right.”

Design, Web & Kajabi

Decide with me, then build it for me.

Websites, brand and print design, Kajabi builds and course systems — built by the person who helped you decide what they were for.

Solving it in the right order

Why the continuity matters

When strategy and execution are separated, context gets lost. Someone advises, someone else builds, and the reasoning behind the decisions doesn’t survive the gap between them.

Here the person who understood the problem is the person building the answer. Nothing needs re-explaining, and when something changes mid-build, the change gets made against the original reasoning instead of around it.

How a build runs

We start with what the thing is for, even when you arrive with the scope already written. That conversation is short, and it’s what stops us building the right page in the wrong place.

Then it gets built, by me, and handed over in a state you can maintain without calling me every time a date changes. Sites, brand and print, Kajabi builds, course and membership systems, and the marketing pieces that go with them.

Not sure which one

Knowing something has to change is enough to start a conversation.

You don’t have to know which of the three you need before we talk. That’s something we can figure out together.
