Evidence, Not Hope · a WRITTEN course for course creators
You've spent months building your online course. Are you building the right one?
You've worked on the lessons, learned the software, and started putting everything together.
But there are questions you still can't confidently answer.
- Will people pay for what you're creating?
- Are you solving the right problem?
- Have you included too much?
- What should you be working on next?
The longer you keep building without those answers, the more time and money you put into a course that may not sell, or one you'll have to rebuild after you launch.

Decide what's worth finishing, what needs to change, and what to do next.
Evidence, Not Hope takes you through the business decisions you've been putting off, one at a time, in the order they matter.
You'll know which decisions are supported by evidence, which need more work, and which could be costing you time and money.
And, you'll know what's supported by evidence, what's still an assumption, and where to focus your attention next, rather than spending more time adding lessons, redesigning your website, or changing your offer simply because you're unsure what to do.

Building something well and building the right thing are two different decisions.
Can you recognize that risk before you've invested months of work, only to discover that people aren't willing to pay for what you've created?
Why I built this course
I know this situation from the inside.
I've spent 25 years building websites, brands and online courses, more than ten of them inside Kajabi, for clients and for my own projects.
I helped create an Indian vegetarian cooking course called Spice Inspired Kitchen. We put a great deal of work into it. The audience was growing, people told us they were interested, and participants in our free beta launch gave us positive feedback.
But when we launched the paid course, only a small number of people purchased.
We had treated interest and encouragement as if they were proof people would pay. They weren't.
As a student of Evidence, Not Hope, you'll receive access to Spice Inspired Kitchen, so you can explore the actual course behind this case study for yourself.
What will you be able to decide?
Is your course idea worth pursuing?
Who is your course really for?
What exactly should you be selling?
What's preventing your course business from moving forward?
What deserves your attention over the next 90 days?
What are the three possible outcomes?
