Ranch University: Presell-to-Launch Kajabi Build
Hi — thanks for the detailed brief. I'm Andre, founder of Insparion, and this page covers everything Contra's character limit couldn't: exactly how I'd run this project, two live Kajabi builds you can click through and verify directly with the clients, one thing in your timeline I'd push back on, and a flat quote.
Why This Project Fits
Right now you have a hard deadline, a marketing team producing content on a rolling basis, and no technical owner turning that content into a working, tested system — which means the real risk isn't creativity, it's execution: a checkout that fails under real transactions, an automation that doesn't fire, a course that isn't ready when founding members expect it. That's the gap I close. You'll get a presell that holds up the moment real money moves through it, a course build that's fully tested before launch week arrives, and a partner who tells you what's needed and by when instead of going quiet until there's a problem.
How I'd Work Through Your Scope
Phase 1 — Presell (live by ~Sept 11)
You send copy and brand assets; I build and optimize the founding-member sales page, then set up checkout with founding-member pricing, seat cap, and deadline logic — and I test the cap and deadline behavior directly, not just visually, since that's the part that actually protects your pricing strategy. For the purchase confirmation, presell nurture, and cart-close sequences, you write the emails and I build the automations and triggers, mapped against your actual funnel logic so nothing fires out of order.
Phase 2 — Course Delivery + Launch (live by ~Oct 30)
I build out the 2 modules / ~10 video lessons and downloadable resources as content arrives, rather than waiting for all of it — that keeps QA time from stacking up at the end. On drip vs. all-at-once, I'll give you a specific recommendation once I see the course structure and your presell messaging, since the right answer usually depends on how urgency was framed to founding members. I build the post-purchase onboarding sequence and launch-week email/funnel around whichever approach we land on.
For the affiliate program, I set up partner links, tracking, and commission structure inside Kajabi, and I'll give you a direct, honest rundown of what Kajabi's native affiliate tools can and can't do — tiering, fraud protection, and reporting limits included — so you're deciding with real information, not finding out after partners are already live.
Before handoff, I run full QA: test purchases end-to-end, every email trigger, lesson playback, and the full mobile experience — then a 60-minute handoff/training call so your team can run day-to-day operations independently, with documentation to back it up.
How I Communicate
You'll get a written checklist up front — what I need from you and by when — and regular progress updates at each milestone rather than radio silence between check-ins. Attention to detail isn't a tagline for me: it's testing the seat cap actually locks at zero, that a dripped lesson doesn't unlock early on mobile, that a commission calculates correctly before an affiliate ever sees it.
Proof: Two Live Builds, Direct From the Clients
Global Vegetarian — globalvegetarian.mykajabi.com
Built the full course ecosystem from scratch: modules and video lessons I shot, edited, and produced myself, a 3-video launch funnel, lead-capture landing pages, and buyer/non-buyer tagging with automated follow-up. This is the closest match to your Phase 1 → Phase 2 arc.
"Andre made an amazing website for us. The design is great, they developed all aspects of the website, including the online course, marketing materials, emails and more. Even edited all my videos. Poissy Design gave us exactly what we were looking for: graphic design, web development and fantastic customer service. I would highly recommend their team!!"

The Search Standard — thesearchstandard.com
My most recent premium Kajabi build. Before rebuilding anything, I audited the client's existing assumptions and structure — the same assessment-first discipline behind the drip and affiliate recommendations above.
"Andre took on The Search Standard project and knocked it out of the park... Choosing Andre for the build was the best decision I could have made."

One Thing I'd Push Back On
Your timeline has course content landing Oct 1–25 (rolling) with full build + QA closing by ~Oct 30. If content arrives late in that window, that's only a few days to build and fully QA 2 modules, ~10 lessons, onboarding, launch automations, and affiliate tracking before a hard launch date. I'd rather flag that now: I'd ask for the earliest realistic content delivery date locked in today, not "rolling," so QA has real breathing room before launch week — not discover the crunch on Oct 26.
Flat Quote
Full scope above — Phase 1 presell build through Phase 2 course delivery, launch, affiliate setup, QA, and handoff training.
All payments run through Contra, so both sides are covered — you know the work is verified before funds release, and I know the engagement is protected end to end.
Availability
I can start as soon as you're ready to move and stay fully dedicated through launch week of Nov 9 — this is exactly the kind of defined, deadline-driven project I structure my calendar around.
WordPress Background, For Context
Alongside 10 years in Kajabi, I have years of WordPress experience — relevant if any part of your roadmap (course library, membership, events) ever needs to live outside Kajabi. Current example: Pacific Flying Club (pacificflying.com), an ongoing WordPress design and content project.
