Pacific Flying Club

Pacific Flying Club needed a full website rebuild. Their content had grown over the years, and the old structure made it hard for visitors to find the right information. The site also didn't reflect the scale of their operation or the quality of their training.

Membership & Online Forms Development

Alongside the complete redesign, I also built the digital infrastructure PFC needed to manage memberships and online submissions more efficiently.

What I implemented

Designed and developed a streamlined online membership system to replace scattered PDFs and manual processes
Integrated conditional logic so applicants only see fields relevant to their program or training stage
Ensured secure data handling with proper form architecture, SSL enforcement, and spam protection
Connected form submissions to internal workflows, making it easier for staff to manage applications and follow-ups
Created modular form components so the team can duplicate, edit, or expand forms without breaking layout or function
